The most important notes of this great wine can be highlighted as:

- Look 👀: Picota red color with medium high layer. Vivid rim of violet tones. Slow and dense tear.

- Smell 👃🏻: High aromatic intensity. Fruit display conhints of ripe strawberry and currant perfectly blended with intense floral aromas of both blue flowers and roses. Attractive sweet notes with hints of strawberry caramel and cream.

- Taste 👅: In the mouth it has a meaty entrance in which its body and balance stand out. Unctuous and fresh with a ripe tannin that slides subtly. 𝓔𝓵𝓮𝓰𝓪𝓷𝓽 power with a fruity journey that seems to never end in memory. Very long finish that always encourages us to return to the glass.

Ideal for salads dishes that include tomato, green peppers and asparagus.

If you are going to take it with cheese 🧀, is perfect for those who are creamy and fatty, since the acidity of the wine contrasts with that fatty touch of cheeses such as ricotta, brie, camembert or feta.

Accompany sea products 🦐 In general, but as long as they are made simply, grilled or steamed and do not contain heavy sauces. A perfect pairing is the ceviche.

Seafood: perfect for those that are simply steamed or cooked, such as mussels, clams or cockles.

Spicy foods and poultry meats

In order for the wine to retain its original characteristics and evolve positively, it must be stored at a temperature between 10ºC and 16ºC, protected from light and humidity. Do not expose to high temperatures, sunlight or intense light (windows or shelves unless they are properly heated and conditioned).

Suitable for immediate consumption, although it is recommended to store it so that it acquires a greater balance and complexity.
