Appearance: Cherry red color with a high layer. Very vivid rim with ruby and purple tones still. Lively. Dense and slow tears.
Smell: Great fruit display with many hints of ripe plum. Blackberry jam notes. Then intense mineral notes reminiscent of slate make their way. Fine balsamic and liquorice notes appear as it evolves in the bottle.
