The most important notes of this great wine can be highlighted as:

• Appearance:  High layer cherry red color. Burgundy trim with brick tones. Dense and slow tears. Compote fruit to start with many hints of fig.
• Smell:  Mineral notes mingle with liquorice and lots of spices (cloves, pepper...). Finally, noble wood notes come out with hints of sacristy furniture and light animal notes of clean leather.
• Taste:  Warm, serious and powerful step. Ripe tannins that glide perfectly. Bitter finish that lengthens... 

Everything perfectly harmonized, in balance, like an explosion of sensations and flavors.

In order for the wine to retain its original characteristics and evolve positively, it must be kept at a temperature between 13ºC and 18ºC, protected from light and humidity. Do not expose to high temperatures, sunlight or intense light (shop windows or shelves unless they are properly air-conditioned and conditioned).

Suitable for immediate consumption, although it is recommended to store it so that it acquires a greater balance and complexity.
