Vulcanus Cabernet is of great character, a result of the rocky and volcanic clay soil, and the variety of its grapes. Our land has special climate and soil characteristics, enhancing the color and taste of the wine. This wine truly reflects the freshness and land where it comes from. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.


Winemaking & Maturing
Traditional production with over pumping process. 10-day maceration, aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
This wine’s unique characteristics would be:

  • Appearance: Vulcanus series’ Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, under climate and soil conditions at Encomienda de Cervera area, give out a wine with intense garnet color, which is also juvenile, clean, and transparent.
  • Bouquet: Spicy on the nose, with notes of good maturing. The American oak gives sweet sensations that are perfectly combined with the freshness of this variety.
  • Taste: Intense on the palate, full of flavors and sensations. The wine is ready to drink, with great improvement capacity in the bottle.
It is perfect to marinate soups, salads, stews, and cheese from La Mancha (made with sheep milk).
To maintain the wine’s original characteristics and for an optimum development, it must be kept at a temperature between 12ºC and 18ºC, away from the light and humidity. Do not expose to high temperatures, sunrays, or intense light (properly heated and air-conditioned cupboards or shelves).
This wine will increase in quality while bottled.
