ANANOA Cabernet Sauvignon is of great character, a result of the rocky and volcanic clay soil, and the variety of its grapes. Our land has special climate and soil characteristics, enhancing the color and taste of the wine. This wine truly reflects the freshness and land where it comes from.

Winemaking & Maturing
Traditional production with over pumping process. 10-day maceration, aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
This wine’s unique characteristics would be:

  • Appearance: Wine with dark pigment.
  • Bouquet: Intense and full aroma, very fruity.
  • Taste: Majestic structure, with velvetycarnal matter and elegant body. Lessened green pepper notes, red pepper feeling. Fine smooth tannins outlined by the clean oak.
Marinate
It is perfect to marinate soups, salads, stews, and cheese from La Mancha (made with sheep milk).
Storage
To maintain the wine’s original characteristics and for an optimum development, it must be kept at a temperature between 12ºC and 18ºC, away from the light and humidity. Do not expose to high temperatures, sunrays, or intense light (properly heated and air-conditioned cupboards or shelves).
Evolution
This wine will increase in quality while bottled.
