Our Olive Oils

Living soil of volcanic origin

The Olive Grove

At the olive groves, with a three foot long and over 200 year old Cornicabra variety, 100 hectares have been added to the dense plantation, and 20 hectares of Picual variety to the isolated plantation.

The Oil Press

The Oil Press, from the XVIII Century, has been adapted to new cold-pressure technologies exclusively done by mechanical systems that allow the extraction of the best Extra Virgin olive oil on all varieties.

Encomienda de Cervera Extra Virgin Olive Oils are supreme. They are mechanically cold pressed, using the best quality of olives from our own olive groves, harvested at their optimum stage. Our olive oils enhance all of our five senses on every dish.

Arbequina: Shiny with yellow tones, green fruit clear and pleasant scent, with floral, hay, and ripe apple notes.

Picual: Old gold color olive oil, with a special scented flavor, slightly fruity, very nice on the palate.

Cornicabra: Golden yellow color, with a balanced flavor, sweet on the palate, outstanding notes of almond and fresh fruit scent.
